Capsticks is delighted to announce that longstanding Partner Tracey Lucas has taken on the role of head of our Birmingham office from 1 August. Reflecting our commitment to our clients in the region, Tracy Giles has also been promoted to Corporate & Commercial partner as we continue to strengthen the firm’s Midlands cohort.

Tracey Lucas joined Capsticks’ Clinical Law Department in 2011 and is a core member of its Health Advisory and Inquest teams, providing advice and representation to the NHS, private providers and emergency services. She will lead Capsticks’ Birmingham office, widely recognised for our expertise across health, housing, regulatory and emergency services sectors.

Tracy Giles joined the firm in 2009 as a solicitor and works with a range of the firm’s biggest clients across our core health business and private sector as well as within some of our emerging sectors such as emergency services. She provides complex procurement advice ranging from assisting with competitive dialogue processes and the establishment of frameworks to general advisory work.
