Capsticks advised Dr Joe Bhat in the sale of Moor Smiles Specialist Dental Centre and Moor Care Dental to Dentex.

Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre is one of the largest specialist centres in the UK offering a multidisciplinary approach across all specialisations of clinical dentistry.

Moor Care Dental is a private practice focusing primarily on aesthetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. It also offers family dentistry and liaises very closely with the specialist team so that the patient benefits from a very comprehensive approach to oral health management.

At Capsticks, Partner Neha Shah and the primary care team provided the legal advice on the corporate transaction, while Legal Director Dan Whale led on the real estate aspects of the deal.
