Capsticks, the leading national health, housing and social care law firm, has been reappointed to the NHS Commercial Solutions legal services framework.

NHS Commercial Solutions is a collaborative procurement organisation, providing strategic procurement and commercial support to all NHS organisations, local authorities and also wider public sector organisations.  The firm has been appointed to all nine legal services lots including the provision of legal services in areas of employment, property, mental health, corporate and commercial.

Capsticks’ leading health practice is going from strength to strength. In recent months we’ve enhanced our primary care team with commercial hires Neha Shah and Puja Solanki. Stephen Tainsh joined as a Partner in Corporate and Commercial team and leads the firm’s MedTech practice.

The appointment runs for four years from 1 February 2019. NHS Commercial Solutions is hosted by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
