Caroline Nugent has joined Capsticks growing Housing and Regeneration team, specialising in security charging. Bringing with her over 25 years of experience within the affordable housing sector.

Caroline is a trusted advisor to Registered Providers (RPs) on all aspects of charging, including secure bank loans, bond issues, private placements and refinancing. Her extensive experience and expertise enable her to give pragmatic advice, identify and solve problems early and place properties into charge smoothly and efficiently.

Caroline has worked on every type of funding arrangement from very large scale bond issues to simple loan arrangements, security swaps and value uplifts, one-off transactions and many long term rolling charging programmes.
