Gavinder Ryait is the latest Partner to join Capsticks’ growing national Housing team and will lead the firm’s Housing Management team in London.

Gavinder is a leading Social Housing lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the sector. Her expertise is in housing management litigation, particularly injunctions, possession claims, closure orders and high profile, complex anti-social behaviour matters. In her extensive and impressive career to date, she has acted for a wide range of local authorities and Housing Associations and has been involved in numerous Court of Appeal decisions relating to social housing.
