Capsticks has been reappointed successfully to the NHS Commercial Solutions main framework for legal services. The firm has been appointed for both core and non-core services:

• core services cover corporate and commercial law, employment law and property law
• non-core services cover health law, primary care law, mental health law, law relating to healthcare projects, NHS governance and public law.

The framework is one of the largest NHS legal services frameworks. It can be accessed by all NHS organisations in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, and the wider public sector. NHS organisations benefit from free training and advice as well as volume discounts and fixed pricing. The framework provides awarding authorities with legally compliant access to the market, with the benefits of significantly reduced procurement timescales and access to cost-effective and quality-approved suppliers.

The contract is due to start on 1 February 2023 and run for four years.
