Clinical risk forum: Working with litigants in person
Join us for our webinar on 5 October where our experts will be discussing the challenges that often feature in claims by litigants in person and how to handle these to achieve effective resolution.
Capsticks Clinical Law Partner, Philip Hatherall will be joined by John Tippett-Coopper (Legal Director) and Ruth Day (Associate) to explore best practice on managing behaviour and expectations of the claims process and responding to situations where unrepresented claimants use social media opinion to further their claim.
The panel will also be joined by guest speaker Claire Toogood (Barrister) at Crown Office Chambers and Deputy Master in the High Court to share her experiences from the court room.
