Following our earlier session on development constraints in June 2022, this session will explore some additional issues which can constrain development of NHS sites not covered previously, focussing in particular on:
- Rights to light enjoyed by neighbouring owners
- The rights of telecoms providers under the Electronic Communications Code
- Addressing breaches of site security by trespassers
