NHS estates essentials: Procurement issues for estates professionals
Join us for the eighth event in our Estates Essentials series of webinars, developed exclusively for NHS estates teams.
The event will cover the most common procurement issues that we see NHS estates professionals face, when these issues might arise and how best to deal with them so that projects can progress. We will focus on:
- The different types of contracts (works, supplies and services), the associated procurement implications and thresholds.
- An overview of land deals and development agreements, when procurement risks might arise (in light of the Faraday case) and different structures that either do or don’t attract procurement obligations.
- How estates teams can build issues around net zero and sustainability into their procurement processes/contracts.
- Our experience of the market at the moment and how supply chain issues are being dealt with from a procurement/contractual perspective.
- The likely changes we can expect in relation to new procurement legislation that should come in next year.
Attendees will be treated to an engaging and lively discussion from our speakers and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
