Experience
Before joining Capsticks, Adrian practised for over 18 years in chambers, where he specialised in prosecuting and defending in a range of criminal work including regulatory prosecutions. He was instructed by a number of government agencies including the CPS, HMRC and the Insolvency Service.
Since joining Capsticks, Adrian practises in professional discipline and regulation.

Adrian has years of experience in legally and factually complex cases, including cases of serious fraud and dishonesty.
His experience with a wide range of matters in the criminal courts has included complex and sensitive cases, providing a background in cases ranging from complex frauds and dishonesty to fatal injuries and serious violence. He is skilled in cases involving financial, technological or medical expert evidence and is used to dealing with vulnerable witnesses.
