Alex Wilson-Jones
Principal Associate
Alex is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks. Alex’s work to date has included advising various NHS bodies on a range of property work including leases, disposals, acquisitions and regularisations of estates.
Alex joined Capsticks from a regional firm where she gained a broad range of experience acting for private sector clients on commercial property work.
Alex has worked extensively in estate auditing and regularisation for a number of years. Her portfolio includes acting for NHS bodies with complex estates and negotiation of undocumented tenancies.
