Anke trained at a silver circle City law firm, developing a keen interest in litigation before moving to a London NHS Resolution panel firm to work on clinical negligence claims.
Anke represented NHS Resolution and other clients such as Medical Protection Society and the Royal College of Nursing, before moving to Capsticks in May 2016 to focus exclusively on NHS Resolution claims.
Anke manages a wide-ranging case load, including high value claims involving birth and spinal injuries, as well as sensitive and complex legal issues in secondary victim and fatal claims.
Anke has represented a number of Trusts as an advocate at mediations and court hearings.
