Anna Holdsworth

Anna trained at Capsticks and qualified into the Regulatory Team in 2010. She has prepared scores of cases for the General Dental Council, including numerous complex and high profile matters. Anna also undertakes professional disciplinary investigations for the Nursing & Midwifery Council. Her experience includes investigations relating to clinical conduct, deficient professional performance, sexual misconduct, health, fraud and dishonesty issues.
Anna also has experience of handling appeal cases before the High Court and she has appeared as advocate at interim order hearings. Anna has a particular skill in dealing with vulnerable registrants and witnesses.
Anna has undertaken two secondments to the in-house teams of two different statutory regulators where she ran a fitness to practise caseload and also provided advice on a range of issues arising in disciplinary proceedings.
