Caroline is an Associate within the advisory team at Capsticks’ London office.
Caroline has experience and expertise on a range of healthcare and public law matters including, inquests, judicial review, public inquiries and human rights. Prior to joining us, Caroline trained and worked at civil liberties firms.
Expertise
Caroline advises on a broad range of issues for our NHS and healthcare clients including inquests, the Mental Capacity Act, Court of Protection issues and general healthcare queries; both contentious and non-contentious. Caroline also represents our NHS and healthcare clients at inquests and pre-inquest reviews.
