Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Regulatory team and specialises in professional regulatory work. She carries out professional misconduct investigations, and works to prepare such cases for hearing before disciplinary committees.
Expertise
Charlotte joined the firm in July 2021 having trained and qualified into public and regulatory law. She has experience advising on a wide range of public and regulatory matters, including in relation to judicial review, appeals, handling complex complaints and the powers and duties of regulators. Charlotte has experience of carrying out investigations into alleged professional misconduct, in particular in the veterinary and farriery sectors.
