Experience
Charlotte trained and worked as an Associate in criminal matters, with a particular specialism in complex financial crime and confiscation proceedings. Charlotte attained her Higher Rights of Audience for the Criminal Courts in 2018. She has acted as an advocate in the Magistrates’ Court in criminal proceedings.
Following her work in criminal law, Charlotte moved to a national firm where she gained experience in dealing with personal injury matters. Charlotte subsequently moved to Capsticks in January 2021 since which time she has worked in the field of professional discipline.

Charlotte is an Associate within the Regulatory team, specialising in fitness to practise investigations on behalf of Social Work England.
She has experience of working on Pre-Case Examiner and Post-Case Examiner investigations, Interim Order Reviews, applications to the High Court to extend Interim Orders and Voluntary Removal applications.
