Experience
Corrine is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions team based in our Birmingham office. Corrine represents employers across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Expertise
Corrine has a particular expertise in litigation and contentious work and has experience in managing Employment Tribunal claims including, but not limited to, claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract. Corrine also advises a variety of clients on pre-claim matters and is able to offer support on aspects of employee relations such as disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Corrine also has experience in drafting settlement agreements, COT3 agreements, employment contracts and policies.
CSR activity
Corrine is an active member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility initiatives such as the Ahead Partnership.
