Dylan Young
Partner
Dylan is a litigation partner in Capsticks’ corporate and commercial team. He leads our response to high value public procurement challenges, advising bidders and contracting authorities across healthcare, housing and emergency services. In the last 5 years, he has acted on 4 complex and high profile public procurement challenges in the High Court.
Dylan has supported NHS bodies on disputes and renegotiation arising from PFI arrangements, including contractor insolvency, working closely with our non-contentious teams from corporate/commercial and development divisions in the firm.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Dylan practised in New Zealand at a private law firm where he was involved in general commercial litigation for a wide range of clients.
