Emily has worked solely for Registered Providers for the past six years, building a wealth of knowledge across many areas of housing management. Emily has particular expertise in dealing with leasehold and home ownership issues.

Emily has litigated matters in the County Court, High Court and First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). She provides detailed yet straightforward and practical advice on complex leasehold matters such as section 20 consultation, easements and rights of way, shared ownership possession, Right to Buy lease disputes, rent and service charge debt recovery, boundary disputes, breach of covenant claims, forfeiture, contested lease renewals, terminal dilapidations, and unlawful subletting.
Emily also regularly delivers training sessions for clients and has been invited to present at external national events and conferences on leasehold issues.
