Experience
Emma is an Associate within the regulatory team at Capsticks. She has extensive experience in working with professional regulators including the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to joining Capsticks, Emma worked in-house within the regulatory department at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors where she provided strategic case advice to a team of investigators, delivered in-house training to staff, presented to members of the profession, made decisions on whether to impose regulatory fines and reprimands, and was involved with a number of key projects including changes to the threshold matrix for decision making.
