Experience
Erika is an associate in the Claims department.
Erika joined Capsticks in October 2017 as a paralegal in the Leeds clinical law team. She transferred to the London team a year later where she later completed her training contract. Erika qualified into the clinical law team as a solicitor in September 2021.
Erika has experience dealing with a wide range of clinical negligence claims, including high-value birth injury claims.
Erika has worked closely with Trust in-house legal teams on secondment, providing support with the handling of claims, inquests, and governance. Erika has also provided support to the NHS Resolution on secondment.
Erika is a tutor on the Capsticks Diploma in Clinical Risk and Claims Management.
Erika is a keen netballer and runs the London office’s recreational netball team.
