Experience
Fiona is an experienced generalist HR professional, currently specialising in employee relations. Fiona has over 5 years’ HR experience working within the private sector from Transport to Marketing industries. Along with employee relations experience, Fiona has previously supported implementing new HR systems along with being responsible for managing employee absence.
Expertise
In her role as Senior HR Advisor, along with having her own ER caseload, Fiona supports the HR Advisory Manager in ensuring the contract she is currently assigned to is meeting the client’s needs as well as supporting team members. Fiona supports the client with complex disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings. Fiona is committed to ensuring these processes are in line with policies and employment legislation whilst being compassionate to the staff member at the heart of the process.

Fiona often commits to physical challenges to raise money for various charities, such as Cancer Research UK and Move for Movember.
