Hester Bolstridge
Associate
Hester is an Associate in the Claims department specialising in defendant clinical negligence claims.
Hester joined Capsticks in 2014. She manages a wide-range of cases for healthcare organisations and NHS Resolution, across all disciplines and has conducted numerous mediations.
Hester qualified in 2009 and worked in the professional indemnity field at a Bristol-based firm for 4 years, acting for defendants and insurers in defending professional negligence claims (principally those being brought against solicitors) and dealing with coverage disputes. Upon moving to London Hester gained further experience in the City before joining Capsticks.
