Experience
Jack is an associate in the Claims department.
Jack joined Capsticks Leeds as a Paralegal in the Clinical Law department in July 2018. Jack carried a pre-litigation clinical negligence caseload and worked alongside solicitors on a variety of cases at all stages of litigation.
During his training contract, Jack continued to specialise in healthcare law, gaining further experience in clinical negligence work, and additionally in clinical advisory work, inquests, and employment law.
Jack qualified into the Clinical Law Department in March 2021 and is part of the Leeds team.
Expertise
Jack specialises in the handling of clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution.
Notable projects
Jack has worked closely with NHS trusts supporting their in-house legal teams with the NHS Getting It Right First Time improvement programme.
