Janette has 5 years’ experience in housing management providing advice, legal assistance and representation as a Litigation Executive.
Expertise
Janette’s housing expertise is far reaching and consists of claims for possession, ASB injunctions, judicial review claims (public law), s. 204 appeals, disrepair, mediation/ADR, tenancy disputes, and welfare benefit advice.
Janette’s particular interest is in anti-social behaviour possession, injunctions and exclusion orders as well as all issues relating to diversity and inclusion.
