Experience
Jill is an experienced generalist HR practitioner, specialising in Employee Relations. Jill has nearly 20 years’ experience within HR, operating in advisory and business partnering roles in commercial and financial sectors. Before working for Capsticks Jill was an Employee Relations Partner, in a regional role, for a large multi-national organisation.
Expertise
Jill currently works on an large outsourced contract providing employee relations advice to a large NHS client to ensure complex case management is progressed in line with KPI’s and best practice and effectively manages all types of cases to resolution including MHPS, B&H and D&G.

- MCIPD
CSR activity
Jill actively fundraises and creates events for her local community hall; her children’s School Friends Committee and the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
