Senior Associate

Experience

Kayleigh is an Associate in our Housing and Regeneration Division and acts for Registered Providers on stock rationalisation, security charging, non-contentious commercial property and void disposal matters.

Expertise

Kayleigh has advised upon numerous stock rationalisation matters, including for G15 clients; mergers and acquisitions; and commercial leases. She also deals in void disposals and assists on security charging projects. The portfolio nature of Kayleigh’s workload means that she is very accustomed to co-ordinating the due diligence for large projects, often involving hundreds of dwellings, within very tight timescales.

This wide range of experience has provided her with a wide knowledge of RPs operations, from stock transfer to onward disposal, including advising on underlying governance/charity law implications.
