Kayleigh is an Associate in the Employment and Pensions team advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters for a variety of public sector clients, such as healthcare and emergency services clients.
Kayleigh has over five years’ experience advising clients on defending Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and all types of discrimination claims. Kayleigh also provides support to clients on issues involving long-term sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary procedures and assisting with large scale redundancies and reorganisations.
