Lauren is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Capsticks. Lauren joined Capsticks from a regional firm where she gained a broad range of experience acting for private sector clients on commercial property work.
Expertise
Lauren’s areas of expertise include acting for both landlord and tenant in lease negotiations and renewals and the acquisition and disposal of sites. She has also acted on behalf of developers, high net worth individuals as well as small and medium scale businesses.
Lauren is committed to providing focused legal advice with a pragmatic commercial approach. She believes in client care as a core principle and is approachable, diligent and driven to achieve the very best for her clients.
Notable projects
• Advising an amateur rugby club on a pro bono basis in relation to the acquisition of their new club with a GDV of £4 million.
• Acting for the leading national gaming charity and negotiating the terms of the lease for their new office with a rental value of £200,000 per annum.
