Experience
Lucy is new to HR Advisory but has been working in people management for over 13 years. Her previous roles have equipped her with a vast knowledge and understanding of employee relations, working both in the public and private sector.
Expertise
Throughout her career, Lucy has managed a wide range of HR activities, including managing performance, delivering training in leadership skills, leading on end to end recruitment and selection and complex absence management.
Qualifications
- BA (Hons) Journalism
- Studying towards CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma
CSR activity
Lucy takes part in fundraising initiatives when she can, and a few years ago climbed Ben Nevis solo to raise money for Shelter and Medical Aid for those in need overseas.
