Malwina joined Capsticks LLP as an Associate in 2023 and is part of the Housing Management team.
Malwina graduated from Manchester Law School with a Law degree in 2019. She furthered her education by completing a Postgraduate Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2021, along with a Master of Laws (LLM). Her LLM thesis focused on examining the effects of European Union policies on society, with particular attention to the past and present security challenges within the Schengen area. This academic background has given her a nuanced understanding of complex legal issues and their broader societal impacts.
During her studies and training, Malwina developed a keen interest in litigation and dedicated her time to polishing her skills in this area. She undertook pro bono work and has a track record of successful Home Office appeals in human rights cases.
Prior to joining Capsticks LLP, Malwina managed the Civil Department in a private practice until 2023. In this role, she represented clients in various complex civil litigation, probate, immigration, family, housing, and commercial cases. Her expertise in litigation, coupled with her experience in a wide range of legal matters, has provided her with a comprehensive skill set.
