Nicole Johnson
Principal Associate
Nicole is a Principal Associate in the employment and pensions department at Capsticks. Prior to joining the employment team she gained extensive experience with our equal pay team, assisting with national and NHS test cases.
Nicole currently specialises in contentious employment work in our London office. She worked on the first NHS case nationally to go to full hearing on equal value and the first case nationally to go to hearing without an independent expert.
Before joining Capsticks in November 2006, Nicole trained as an employment litigation paralegal at the Office of the Solicitor.
