Shaun Moran

Shaun is a solicitor-advocate specialising in regulatory law and has previously practised in-house at regulatory bodies across various sectors including legal and financial services.

Shaun has represented regulatory bodies before Tribunals and the High Court prosecuting misconduct and conducting associated litigation. Shaun has also acted for registrants facing allegations of professional misconduct, developing an all-round perspective acting on behalf of clients in prosecutorial and defence settings.

In addition to appearing before the range of civil and criminal courts Shaun also has extensive non-contentious experience including advising on professional conduct rules, practising certificate regimes and drafting regulatory tribunal procedural rules.
