Experience
Sinthu is a Senior Associate in the real estate division and advises NHS bodies, local authority clients and GP Practices in all aspects of their real estate transactions.
Sinthu joined Capsticks from a city firm and has a broad range of experience acting on acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters.
CSR Activity
Sinthu is a member of the executive committee for the Association of British Tamil Lawyers, which supports students from ethnic minorities to pursue careers in law. Sinthu also mentors undergraduate students interested in legal careers.
