Experience
Stephanie is a Principal Associate in the Employment Team. She specialises in advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters for healthcare clients.
Expertise
Stephanie has particular expertise in conducting Employment Tribunal claims from beginning to final hearings, including dismissal claims, discrimination, harassment and victimisation claims and whistleblowing claims.
Stephanie also has experience in advising clients on day-to-day employment issues such as bullying, harassment, performance management, grievance and disciplinary procedures and general workplace relations.
Stephanie has experience in drafting employment contracts (from junior to Executive roles), settlement and COT3 agreements, letters of demand, consultation and termination, and HR policies.
Stephanie assists in preparing and delivering training to Managers, HR professionals and organisations on a range of employment law topics.
Stephanie also has experience in privacy and data protection, and advises clients on matters such as compliance with, and implications of, the GDPR.
