Tracey is a Partner in the real estate team and has broad experience in commercial real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients.
Tracey’s experience includes portfolio sales and purchases, development agreements, sale and leaseback arrangements and commercial lettings from both landlord and tenant perspective. She has advised on the property aspects of joint ventures and refinancing arrangements. Tracey’s asset management experience spans development and investment including acting for local government pension funds and offshore real estate funds.
