Throughout her training and since qualification, Victoria has specialised in acting for public sector bodies including local authorities and healthcare clients.
Expertise
She has experience of assisting on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, unfair dismissal and breach of contract as well as advising on day-to-day HR issues, such as queries in relation to employment contracts, grievances and disciplinary procedures, and policies and procedures. Victoria advises pre-claim and at all stages during the litigation process.
Victoria is able to offer training to clients on a range of HR and employment law topics including carrying out thorough investigations and how to navigate the complexities of privileged documents.
