Capsticks expands its market leading regulatory team
01/04/21Capsticks is delighted to announce that partner, Nicole Curtis, and her three colleagues Katrina Wingfield, Geoff Hudson and Neil Wilks, have joined our leading professional regulatory team.
Capsticks advise many regulators in the health and social care, legal services and education sectors. The team’s experience focusses on the investigation and presentation of fitness to practise/ misconduct cases, but also covers appeals, judicial reviews and information law. Its reputation is built on providing proportionate and high quality case preparation and presentation and a service that delivers value for money.
All four regulatory specialists have joined Capsticks from Bates Wells, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and experience to further strengthen Capsticks’ regulatory offering.
