Capsticks reappointed to NOE CPC’s legal services framework
20/04/21Capsticks are delighted to be reappointed to the NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative’s (NOE CPC) Legal Services framework. The reappointment demonstrates our quality of service over the last four years and reflects our ability to support the NHS and other public sector bodies with their complex work nationally. The framework is managed by NOE CPC and enables public health and social care services, as well as local authorities, charities, social housing providers, educational establishments, police organisations and fire and rescue services to access Capsticks’ specialist legal advice on bespoke projects and complex legal issues. The firm’s appointment to the framework means that Capsticks can be instructed in NHS Governance and Public Law, Healthcare law, Mental Health Law, Employment Law, Contract and Commercial law, Property Law and Corporate Finance and PFI projects.
