Tim Dennis is the latest Partner to be joining Capsticks’ growing Corporate & Commercial team. Tim specialises in commercial disputes, particularly those involving public procurement related issues and is well respected as a leading expert in this field with over fifteen years of experience dealing with procurement disputes.

Tim has extensive experience across the public sector and has been involved in many high-value and high-profile cases involving NHS bodies in recent years, several of which have received media/press interest. Tim has recently been involved in a number of disputes under the Provider Selection Regime. Tim has previously led the contentious procurement offering at a national firm and will be based in Capsticks’ Leeds office.

Most recently, Tim has been helping clients prepare for the changes under the Procurement Act 2023.
