The innovative Capsticks Housing Diploma has concluded its first cohort with an 84% pass rate. Endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Housing, it’s the first housing development and regeneration qualification of its kind in the housing sector.

Delivered by Capsticks’ specialist legal team, with support from external experts, the diploma provides a practical understanding of the process of housing development, with a focus on its legal aspects, to a recognised professional standard. It’s aimed at housing professionals, already working in the sector, who are looking to develop their skills and knowledge, and gain a deeper understanding of the role of a registered provider.

Henry Nettleton, Graduate Development Officer at Torus and a participant of the first cohort, noted:

As legislation shifts in the sector, particularly around professional qualification requirements, the Capsticks Housing Diploma will continue developing, so it’s able to meet the growing needs of Capsticks clients and continue being an impactful resource in the sector.
