The consumer standards and proactive regulation for local authorities

On Tuesday 10 September, we welcomed the Director of Regulatory Engagement at the Regulator of Social Housing, Angela Holden, who joined Capsticks' Tiffany Cloynes, Partner and Head of Local Government, Darren Hooker, Partner and Head of Governance and Rebecca Gilbert, Principal Associate, where they together discussed the new consumer standards for local authorities.
