NHS estates essentials: Boundary issues, adverse possession and party walls
Join us for the next event in our Estates Essentials series of webinars, developed exclusively for NHS estates teams.
This session will explore the legal issues relating to boundaries, such as the legal boundary line and ownership of boundary features. We will also consider the requirements for a claim to be made for adverse possession and how such claims are frequently used as a defence to an allegation of encroachment. Finally, we will consider the Party Wall Act regime, including the procedure to be followed where the Act applies.
