Rachel Whale

Rachel trained at Capsticks and is now a Legal Director. She acts for a wide range of clients in relation to contentious property disputes and leasehold matters.
Rachel specialises in property litigation and leasehold matters. Her areas of expertise include acting for both landlord and tenant in contested commercial lease renewal proceedings under the 1954 Act, advising on break rights and dilapidations liability claims and enforcing compliance with tenant covenants. She also deals with leasehold matters, including residential lease extensions and applications by tenants for enfranchisement.
