Rob is a Principal Associate in the Leeds claims team representing NHS Resolution in the defence of clinical negligence claims. He joined the team having previously worked for a leading claimant clinical negligence firm.
Expertise
Rob has extensive experience in dealing with a range of high value and complex clinical negligence claims. They include claims involving brain injury, birth injury, amputation and spinal injury. He has represented clients at all stages of litigation.
